What is Banh Mi Ko?
Banh Mi is a Vietnamese street food sandwich that originated in Saigon. It is served on French baguettes or rolls with a mix of different cuts of meat and pickled vegetables. Banh Mi KO was born to bring the traditional banh mi to the San Fernando Valley and serve the community with a little twist and a touch of Asian American fusion.
